So today marks my officially starting college life! Though, my first day was actually on Thursday of last week... (8/21/14) But today is the day I will start my college blog. I'm decided to start this blog as a sort of a diary, so one day I can look back and see how immature I used to be, just like my old diary. I will try to keep super secret personal things and swearing to a minimum in case I decide to show this to my kids or something.
Anyways, this "week" I was introduced to my new classes. I say "this week" because my classes are spread out to one to two a week. On Mondays and Wednesdays I have Philosophy (which I keep pronouncing Phi-z-ology) and Algebra skills, Tuesdays and Thursdays I have 3D Animation, Fridays and Sundays I have off, and on Saturdays I have Photoshop. All my teachers are guys, so I was a little disappointed, I could use another female role model in my life. All of my classes sound like they're going to be simple. Algebra was always easy for me, especially when it's explained well. And my 3D Animation and Photoshop classes both involve using computers and computer programs, so that'll be a breeze for me. The only class I'm worried about is Philosophy. I already over analyze things, I don't need help developing that skill. It complicates religion and other things like that. I suppose I could just go through it, and try to brainwash myself after class is over.
College life is so much fun! I have so much freedom! No more oppression from the school head-people (I don't know what they're called...)! I get to choose my classes, at what time and day I want them- It's just so awesome! And on Mondays and Tuesdays, I get to hang out in the library for 2 hours and 30 minutes! I figured I can use that time to work on my art and stuff. Tata says I should use it for homework, and I guess I will when we actually get homework, but for now ART TIME!!!
- I'm going to use this bullet as a side post I'm going to call "Boaz Alert." You see, when my Academic Adviser was helping me set up my class schedule, and was telling me about the college and life choices in being an animator, he told me the only degree he could offer me was Creative Media Technology. But he told me in a couple years they should have an Animation degree I can switch over to. He also mentioned that the guy who was going to run that branch will be Canadian, and something twinged in me that that guy is going to be my Boaz. My mother felt the twinge too, but only time will tell if we're right. But as of "today" there was no sign of him. Lots of cute boys, but none seem to fit the bill. Oh well~
I have Fridays of too XD We should hang out sometime Nyepken!
